If an item is out of stock, please contact us letting know the item information and we will give you an estimate on the restock date.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Since all orders are custom, we unfortunately do not accept any changes or cancellations. If you do have an issue with your order, please reach out to us immediately.
How do I use promo code?
Add eligible items to your cart. When you are checking out, there is a place to apply the promo code. Once you hit enter, it will automatically apply.
I have placed an order and didn't receive confirmation email?
If you haven't received your confirmation email, check your spam folder first. If for some reason you still have not received it, please contact us and we will be happy to send you a copy.

Absolutely, you can track every step of your delivery process in your confirmation email.
How long does delivery take?
Our promise to our customers is fast processing time which is 1-3 business days. Once your item is received by a carrier, it is up to them on how fast your order will arrive.
